About

My name is Tony LaGrene - I started bodybuilding at the age of 49.  Prior to bodybuilding I have been involved in some type of competitive arena since the age of 5.  I was involved in Martial Arts and had my own studio.  I was in the United States Marine Corps for 3 years in California.  I also was into roadracing motorcycles and won the WERA Champsionship at Willow Springs Raceway.

I wanted to make a change in my physique as I was only 135 lbs in the Marine Corps.  I started bodybuilding and was immediately drawn to it - it took mentality toughness, discipline and hard work.  If those things were accomplished you would see results.

I won my IFBB Pro card at Masters Nationals in Pittsburgh in 2017 - I won the Masters Chicago Pro in 2022 and was invited to the Masters Olympia in 2023 in Romania.

I have now retired from competitive bodybuilding but still function as if I am to take to the stage again.  The emphasis now is training and coaching clients/athletes to progress at a faster pace than if by themselves.  I have a passion to see people excel in their goals and this is what drives me.

I hope to have a consult with you and be able to guide you to your goals as well !!
